Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our product please contact us at info@viftbox.com for a return request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. 

If the item is returned with all original packaging intact and in working condition with no damage Viftbox will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

Proof of Purchase

Viftbox will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order.

Order Processing

The estimated delivery time is based on product availability, payment processing time, warehousing time and recommended delivery time of our couriers and delivery agents.

However we can not take any responsibility in the unfortunate scenario that our courier or delivery agent does not deliver in time once the shipment has left our facilities. At that stage sadly there is little we can do. 

We will however be happy to contact said courier or delivery agent for you to try and get an update on your order status and an explanation as to why it has been delayed.
